Paid Consultation Terms & Conditions

By booking and paying for a consultation call, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

1. Paid Consultation Fee

All consultation calls require a $250 USD consultation fee to book and hold your appointment.

This consultation fee:

Is required prior to booking

Is for time, strategy, and professional consultation

Is non-refundable

Booking a call does not guarantee acceptance into any program or service.

2. Purpose of the Consultation

The consultation call is designed to:

Review your goals and current business situation

Determine whether we are a good fit to work together

Explain available services and next steps

Provide clarity and direction for your project

This is a strategy and discovery call, not a training session or implementation service.

3. Application of Consultation Fee

If you choose to move forward with services after the consultation:

The $250 consultation fee may be applied toward your total project or service cost

If you do not move forward:

The consultation fee remains earned for time and expertise provided

4. No Refund Policy

All consultation fees are non-refundable.

Refunds will not be issued for:

Change of mind

Failure to attend the call

Late arrival

Technical issues on your end

Determination that services are not a fit

By booking, you acknowledge and agree that no refunds will be provided under any circumstance.

5. No-Show & Cancellation Policy

A no-show is defined as:

Failing to attend the scheduled call

Being more than 10 minutes late without prior notice

If you no-show or cancel, the following applies:

No refund will be issued

You may reschedule your consultation one (1) time only

Additional reschedule requests beyond the one-time allowance will require a new consultation fee.

6. Rescheduling Policy

You may reschedule your call up to one (1) time

Reschedules must be completed at least 24 hours before your scheduled call

Same-day reschedules are not guaranteed

Failure to attend the rescheduled call will result in forfeiture of the consultation fee.

7. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

By completing your booking, you:

Authorize the $250 charge

Confirm that you understand this is a paid, non-refundable consultation service

Agree not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes

Any chargeback attempts will be contested with:

Proof of agreement

Timestamped checkout confirmation

Attendance and booking records

8. Acceptance of Terms

By checking the agreement box and completing payment, you confirm that:

You have read and understood these Terms & Conditions

You agree to all policies outlined above

You authorize the consultation fee charge
